All of our classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

We offer progressions and modifications to suit you.

Tone.

Our signature class. A blend of classical and contemporary pilates repertoire. Low impact, resistance based movements using deep muscle activation for strengthening, stabilising & postural alignment. Often including small equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, pilates ball & ring.

Gentle Flow Yoga.

An easeful, explorative practice that nourishes the mind, body & spirit. It combines the harmonious rhythm of the breath with the flowing movements of the body. Establish, grow & discover your yoga practice in a kind and loving way. Welcoming all yogi's, beginner to advanced.

Sculpt & Stretch.

A slower pace. Sculpt & Stretch to release muscle tension and everyday stresses while still achieving a slow burn, activating muscles you never knew you had. Sculpting exercises with a focus on calming your mind and body.

Yin Yoga.

A gentle relaxing yoga experience where passive stretches are held to increase flexibility, and props are used for restorative positions so the body and mind can rest and let go. Set to beautiful music, and lit by candles. Suitable for all levels.

Low Impact, High Energy.
It’s Saturday morning, the vibe is high & you’re ready for a hit of endorphins.
A dynamic pilates class to increase endurance, strength and muscle tone. You might hate me a little more during this class but you’ll leave feeling strong & energised for the rest of the weekend.

Burn.

Lad-lates.

Get the lads together to improve your wellbeing & strength. Increase core stability, muscle endurance, & mobility. Correct posture & elevate performance while reducing back & knee pain.

Fusion.

A fusion of pilates & yoga. Designed to improve body awareness & alignment to help develop movement patterns for every day life. We will awaken and strengthen the subtle and structural core muscles through pilates based exercises while incorporating the asana, philosophy and wisdom of yoga. The pilates burn that you've learned to love mixed with the spiritual discipline of yoga.

Barre is a form of movement that combines elements of pilates & ballet.
Using a barre for added stability & balance. Increasing strength, improving posture, flexibility & alignment.
A Barre Pilates blend with the same focus on form // breath // activation. Expect a deep burn & a little sweat.
